We welcome companies and organizations to be involved with CHECK. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your organization’s visibility with information technology personnel from higher education institutions across Kansas.

 

Varying levels of involvement are available, with different opportunities to reach attendees. This year, we are pleased to offer sponsors the opportunity to support the conference by check or online sponsorship. Only supporting sponsors are provided access to the conference.

Platinum

  • 40-minute speaker session. Note: Spots are limited! Guaranteed speaking spots are available to the first 12 sponsors who submit their commitment, complete payment, and register their organization. Sessions are confirmed first-come, first-served, so sign up early.

  • NEW: Platinum Sponsors who were not among the first 12 may submit a presentation proposal for committee review. The CHECK Committee will review submissions and notify sponsors if their proposal is selected. CHECK sessions are designed to provide valuable insights for a higher education IT audience and should focus on education and knowledge sharing, not product promotion or sales. Speaker spots are limited to one per sponsor..

  • Advertising on the digital displays throughout the venue

  • Access to the Sponsor’s Lounge – snacks and drinks provided

  • Advertising in the Program, on the Website, and the WHOVA App

  • 1 Booth space and your choice of setup location (first come, first served)

  • Private Meeting Rooms - for use as they are available

Additional Attendee Option for Platinum & Gold Partners

Platinum and Gold Event Partners may add additional attendees beyond their included allotment (6 for Platinum, 4 for Gold), up to a maximum of 8 total participants. Each added attendee requires an additional $100 donation.

Prize Raffle for all Sponsorship Levels!

Sponsor organizations may contribute a prize for our attendees to help make the conference even more exciting! Prizes can be displayed at your booth throughout the event. The raffle drawing will take place at the end of the conference during lunch on Thursday, June 11. Attendees must be present to win.

Once you’ve selected your raffle item, we’d like you to upload PNG files and description details for our end of conference slideshow, including:

  • Your organization name and logo

  • A photo of the raffle item

  • A brief description of the item

 

This is a great way for every sponsor to engage with attendees, showcase your organization, and add an extra layer of fun to the conference! You are welcome to take photos with the winners for your organization's social media.
