Varying levels of involvement are available, with different opportunities to reach attendees. This year, we are pleased to offer sponsors the opportunity to support the conference by check or online sponsorship. Only supporting sponsors are provided access to the conference.

FAQs for Event Sponsors

Will I get a contact list for everyone in attendance?

Individuals from our higher education institutions will have the option to opting in to a marketing list that will be provided to all of our vendors.

What if I want to bring more people than my partnership level allows?

Platinum and Gold Event Partners can add more participants beyond there 6 for Platinum and 4 for Gold (up to 8 max.) with an additional $150 donation per person.

I want to raffle a give-away. How can I do that

Give-aways always add excitement, and we are happy that you are considering this type of opportunity. We ask that you indicate on your registration form if you are planning to raffle off a give-away item. In terms of the logistics, we ask that you collect business cards, paper entry slips, etc. at your table during the conference to facilitate a drawing at lunch (noon to 1:30 p.m.), Thursday, May 16.
