We welcome companies and organizations to be involved with CHECK. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your organization’s visibility with information technology personnel from higher education institutions across Kansas.

 

Varying levels of involvement are available, with different opportunities to reach attendees. This year, we are pleased to offer sponsors the opportunity to support the conference by check or online sponsorship. Only supporting sponsors are provided access to the conference.

Only sponsor organizations that have paid in full and registered are eligible to attend the conference.

How to Become an Event Sponsor

Submit Your Commitment Letter

Click the "Commitment Letter" link below and complete the first step for sponsoring the CHECK Conference.

Submit Payment

After you receive your confirmation letter and invoice from PSU, you will need to submit your payment.

There are two payment options available - By Check and By Credit Card

Your invoice will include a link to pay by credit card.  If paying by check, please follow the directions below.

Register Your Organization

Admission to the conference is only provided to representatives from sponsors and state information technology employees. Please note, your involvement will not be confirmed until your organization's payment has been received.

Register Your Organization Attendees

In addition to your organization's registration, please make sure all who plan to attend register for the conference.  The link below is for early registration and may be used until February 27, 2025. 

After February 27, 2025 all attendee registrations will need to be done using WHOVA.
All attendee registrations must be received before noon on May 1, 2025.

FAQs for Event Sponsors

Will I get a contact list for everyone in attendance?

Individuals from our higher education institutions will have the option to opting in to a marketing list that will be provided to all of our vendors.

What if I want to bring more people than my partnership level allows?

Platinum and Gold Event Partners can add more participants beyond there 6 for Platinum and 4 for Gold (up to 8 max.) with an additional $150 donation per additional person.

I want to raffle a give-away. How can I do that

Give-aways always add excitement, and we are happy that you are considering this type of opportunity. We ask that you indicate on your registration form if you are planning to raffle off a give-away item. In terms of the logistics, we ask that you collect business cards, paper entry slips, etc. at your table during the conference to facilitate a drawing at lunch (noon to 1:30 p.m.), Wednesday, May 21

I need to ship materials to the conference, where do I send them?

The sponsor area will be within the Overman Student Center building and any materials should be shipped to that location. The address for the college of business is:
