Venues
The majority of the conference events will take place at Emporia State's Memorial Union.

Wednesday night's social and dinner will take place at the Clint Bowyer Community Building located at the Lyon County Fairgrounds in Emporia. There will be a full bar available, staffed by a professional bartender to serve drinks.
​
During the conference we will be offering a tour of CYROC, E-Sports, area and the Information Technology offices all located in Cremer Hall. Pre-registration required. Cremer Hall is also the meeting place for the KBOR Affintity Groups happening after the CHECK Conference.

CHECK participants also have a special opportunity to attend an exclusive show at ESU's Peterson Planetarium. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Learn more about the planetarium experience at the Peterson Planetarium website.​​

The Memorial Union circa 1925 stands as the first student union west of the Mississippi River and a living memorial to students who served in the Spanish-American War and World War I. Clint Bowyer Community Building - Evening Event
​Located on the Lyon County Fairgrounds at 2700 W. U.S. Highway 50, the Clint Bowyer Community Building offers a welcoming, rustic-modern space just minutes from ESU and from downtown Emporia. Donated by NASCAR driver and Emporia native Clint Bowyer, the venue features 6,500 square feet of event space, a catering kitchen, bar area, and a spacious patio with a fire pit—perfect for relaxing and connecting with colleagues. CHECK attendees will enjoy a classic Kansas BBQ dinner catered by ESU alum Smokin’ O’s, making this evening a true taste of Hornet hospitality.
