Sponsor Booth Information

Sponsors who complete their payment and registration will be provided with a booth space.

Booth Details

• There are 41 available booth spaces

• Each booth space measures 8 feet wide by 30 inches deep

• The circled number on the layout indicates the front of the table

• Booths 1–13 are power-capable and may be provided with electrical access

• Booth space configurations may be adjusted as needed, and are subject to availability

 

Exclusive Booth Selection for Platinum Sponsors

As a Platinum Sponsor, you may select your preferred booth location if you complete your registration by April 1, 2026, otherwise a space will be assigned to you. Only platinum sponsors who register by this date will be able to choose from available locations using the booth layout below.

 

All other sponsor levels will be assigned a booth location by the conference planning team.​

Booth Assignment Process

Booth selection for Platinum sponsors is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If multiple Platinum sponsor registrations are received on the same day, booth selections will be processed in the order in which complete registrations are received. If your preferred booth locations are no longer available, we will contact you to coordinate an alternate selection. Booth locations marked with an X are already reserved.
