Pick your booth location

As a Platinum sponsor, if you register before April 1, 2026, you are eligible to pick your choice of booth location.  Below is a layout of the sponsor booth locations. 

 

Each booth location is 8 feet long by 30 inches deep. The circled number designates the front of the table.  When making your selection, please list the booth location number on the registration form. Booths 1–13 are power-capable and can be provided with electrical access.

 

Please note: Locations with an "X" are already reserved.
 

Booth reservations are done on a first come first served basis.  If multiple registrations are received on the same day, booth reservations will be done in the order the registrations were received.  In the event none of your choices are available, we will notify you so you can select another option. The ballroom is the primary sponsor location with overflow into the Alumni Lounge hallway.
