Pick  your booth location

As a Platinum sponsor, if you register before March 12, 2025, you are eligible to pick your choice of booth location.  Below is a layout of the sponsor booth locations. 

 

Each booth location will be six feet long by thirty inches deep. The arrow designates the front of the table.  When making your selections, please notate A1, A2, D3, etc. on the registration form.

 

Locations with an "X" are already reserved.
 

Booth reservations are done on a first come first served basis.  If multiple registrations are received on the same day, booth reservations will be done in the order the registrations were received.  In the event none of your choices are available, we will notify you so you can select another option.
